We re lo ja! Snap, it broke away quietly!
Okun ko ran. The rope was not strong enough.
Eran sa re wo igbo. Our meat has escaped into the bush.
Mayflower ho!
Igbo dona. The bush has now become the highway.
Eje ka wa malu. Let us go and look for our cattle.
Lai lai, egba wa. For ever and ever, save us (from meat-less-ness)!
Lai lai, egba wa a a a a, lai lai.
Malu wa lo sa lo!. Our cattle was what ran away!!
